Our Board Of Directors

The company is supervised by a Board of Directors comprising of four (4) Zambians and three (3) Tanzanians reflecting the shareholding ratios of the two countries with Zambia providing the Chairperson. The Board acts on behalf of the shareholders to make overall policy decisions and provide oversight, it also has the overall responsibility for the activities of the company.
